The B&B is set in about 0.5 acre of garden, with ample off-road parking, outside lighting, and outside seating to sit out and enjoy a cup of tea and take in the views across to the Knoydart Peninsular.
East Bedroom
The east room is a double room with triple aspect with a king size double bed and en-suite bathroom room, priced from £99 per night and also includes a full selection of breakfast the following morning. Single occupancy is from £85 - please ask for more details.
West Bedroom
The west room is also a double room, with twin aspect with a king size double bed, en-suite shower room, also priced from £99 per night and includes a full selection of breakfast the following morning. Single occupancy is also £85 - again please ask for more details.
South Bedroom
This room is availble on an ad-hoc basis so if you are a party of 6 we can accommodate you all (in three doubles). Otherwise this room is available as single occupancy only, This room is a double too and has sole use of a private bathroom just across the hallway.
All rooms have TV, Wi-Fi, tea & coffee facilities, space to relax at the end of the day and wonderful views of the countryside around the house.
There is also dining room, ample parking, drying room, local info, books and maps and a guest book library/swap.
There is a minimum of two night stay policy and we require a non-refundable £30 deposit to secure each room booking.
This is payable via credit card or bank transfer; the outstanding balance is then due on departure by either of these methods, or cash.
Arrival times are usually requested to be between 4.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. but I may be able to make arrangements if you think you may arrive outside this window. Guests are requested to depart by 10.00 a.m. on their final morning. If you have any dietary requirements please advise me as soon as possible.
Please note Off the Hill B&B does not take either pets or children as guests – there is a resident West Highland Terrier - Maisie - at the B&B.
